ESCO's Return Policy

 

Your complete satisfaction with our product is guaranteed. Items may be returned or exchanged within thirty days of when it was shipped. Please call us at 1-800-852-4266 for an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number and one of our friendly customer service associates will be glad to assist you. You will only pay for return shipping and insurance fees. If you choose, you may request a prepaid shipping label for $10. This fee will be deducted from your refund.

 

ESCO's products are unconditionally guaranteed against manufacturing defects. If your shipment arrives damaged, refuse the shipment and/or call 1-800-852-4266. Apart from manufacturers defect, custom orders, monogrammed, engraved, personalized, and otherwise altered items may not be returned for a refund after delivery and acceptance. Furthermore, jewelry altered or resized by a jeweler other than ESCO may not be refunded. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the merchandise is damaged or defective. Engraving fees are non-refundable. Please note that in order to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, in the original packaging and accompanied by all product documentation.

 

Returns are processed on weekdays (Mon-Fri) upon receipt of the merchandise at our fulfillment center. Upon receipt of your merchandise, you will receive a confirmation email. Please allow 1-2 weeks for full processing and review by our quality assurance department. Items with visible signs of wear, alteration or damage will not be accepted for return. Please allow an additional 7-10 days after processing for your bank to post credit against your account.

 

Credit card and PayPal purchases will be refunded to the credit card or account used to make the original purchase.

 

If you would like to change or cancel an order, please call us at 1-800-852-4266 or email us at sales@escoinc.com. We will attempt to accommodate order changes to the extent possible prior to shipping confirmation. Some changes may result in a shipping delay. We are unable to accommodate changes or cancellations on special order requests and/or orders that have already shipped. If your order has already shipped, please contact us for an RMA upon reciept of the merchandise.
